I did one of these before, looong time ago.
Happen to run into another one awhile back. A typical case of pimp my ride. So what I’m wondering is… (yep, prejudiced here!) whether this person with Estonian plates on his/her car doesn’t understand the sign of a wheel chair (apart from that the Estonian and Finnish language are so similar, signs should be pretty universally understood) or if he/she is blind (which probably gives her the right to park here, but then he/she would really need a card in her window to show that he/she actually has a license to park in this spot.
It just seems that the combination of this kind of a car and a disabled person is a bit uncommon…
